Committing to Action for the African Great Lakes.



Commitment: As organizations working on the seven African Great Lakes (Lake Albert, Lake Edward, Lake Kivu, Lake Malawi, Lake Niassa Nyasa, Lake Tanganyika, Lake Turkana and Lake  Victoria) and their basins, the African Center for Aquatic Research and Education and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD-ACAE) apply innovative research, science, knowledge-sharing, education, and engagement as tools to influence sustainable conservation, management and policy decisions.
